About the Event

The Voice of Menopause: An Inner Encounter

A Workshop with Dr. Odette Springer

If menopause has felt disorienting, unfamiliar, or harder than you expected — you are not alone.

“We are charting an undiscovered terrain… in the wilderness of new beginnings.”

Menopause is not simply a set of symptoms to manage. It is an initiation — a passage into a new relationship with yourself. This journey is not linear, and no two women experience it the same way. You may experience a wide range of emotions — and yet, beneath all of that, something else begins to stir: something ancient, instinctive, and deeply your own.

While modern medicine, Chinese medicine, and other modalities offer important support for the body, this passage is not only physical.
