From time to time, depending upon the program that you register for, Regency Rising LLC and Dr. A. will request that all participants in the programs or courses sign a contract that may contain an NDA clause before the program begins. This is to to ensure the utmost privacy in our discussions, support, and feedback sessions during private coaching, group coaching, classes, programs, and mastermind groups. This ensures open, frank discussion without the concern regarding these conversations being revealed outside of the coaching, teaching, and learning classroom environment by anyone participating in or teaching the programs. Refund policies for these specific types of programs will be included in these contracts.


CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND WEBINARS: All deposits for all events and services are non-refundable. There are no refunds of any kind within seven (7) days of a scheduled event or the start of a class. If you cannot attend an event you registered for and cancel eight (8) days or more in advance, you will be refunded the event fees. Once an event or service has commenced, there are no refunds. There are no pro-rated refunds for missed classes or parts of events. Make-up classes or sessions are at the sole discretion of the leader or teacher and are never guaranteed.

REFUNDS: RETREATS Please refer to the booking page for the retreat you are interested in booking for the refund policy, as these policies may change.

If you are a private coaching client and must cancel your session and do so 48 hrs or more before your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule your session at no extra charge. If you cancel less than 48 hrs in advance, you will lose that session, and you will be charged in full for the missed session. If you feel that your circumstances were serious enough to prevent you from canceling within the 48-hour window, we will be glad to discuss your circumstances and make appropriate adjustments, where applicable.
