From time to time, depending upon the program that you register for, Regency Rising LLC and Dr. A. will request that all participants in the programs or courses sign an NDA agreement before the program begins to ensure the utmost privacy in our discussions, support, and feedback sessions in private coaching, group coaching, classes, programs, and mastermind groups. This ensures open, frank discussion without the fear of these conversations being revealed outside of the coaching, teaching, and learning classroom environment by anyone participating in or teaching the programs.
All deposits for all events and services are non-refundable. There are no refunds of any kind within seven (7) days of a scheduled event. If you cannot attend an event you registered for and cancel eight (8) days or more in advance, you will be refunded the event fees, less the required deposit. Once an event or service has commenced, there are no refunds. There are no pro-rated refunds for missed classes or parts of events. Make-up classes or sessions are at the sole discretion of the leader or teacher and are never guaranteed.
If you are a private coaching client and must cancel your session and do so 48 hrs or more before your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule your session at no extra charge. If you cancel less than 48 hrs in advance, you will lose that session, and you will be charged in full for the missed session. If you feel that your circumstances were serious enough to prevent you from canceling within the 48-hour window, we will be glad to discuss your circumstances and make appropriate adjustments, where applicable.

PRIVACY and SECURITY
When you conduct a transaction on our website, by signing up for midlife and menopause programs, journals, or various free information and items, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We never sell or distribute information on our clients to any other business or agency, as allowed by law.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and operate the Services;
2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
