The Details

The Booking Fee Is $779.00 per person and includes:

All Group Retreat Activities from 3:00 pm Friday, April 26th to 3:00 pm Sunday, April 28th.

A Welcome Champagne Reception & Orientation, & Retreat Gifts: Friday, 3-5 pm

Friday: Dinner

Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Sunday: Breakfast & Lite Lunch

After you register, you will be sent a dietary restrictions questionnaire.

All meals will be healthy and offer Vegan, Vegetarian, Whole Food, and Omnivore options.

Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the entire retreat.

The Retreat Activities and Meals will be held in a beautiful private home in Carlsbad, CA.

It’s one mile from the beach and a short walk to a natural lagoon.

Optional Add On

There are a limited number of private 30-minute coaching sessions available to book with Dr. A. and Nicola throughout the weekend. The schedule for these one-to-one bookings will be sent to you after you register should you wish to reserve one. Additional cost $50.00

Accommodations are not included.

There are numerous and varied options for hotels and Air B & B’s in the area. We will provide you with a list of representative accommodations in Carlsbad. Making your accommodations booking, sharing rooms, or co-booking with other women will be your responsibility and may be coordinated in The Regent’s Room Facebook group or however you choose.

Airfare is not included.

The coordination of arrival times may facilitate the sharing of Ubers or rental car expenses.

Health & Safety

All participants must take a COVID-19 test 24 hours before departing for the retreat.

Please observe all COVID-19 protocols for exposure.

Please do not attend if you are ill or think you may be getting ill.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are only 12 spots available.

The minimum number of bookings to run the retreat is 10.

You may pay on Dr. A,’s website with a CC or Pay Pal. PayPal offers a pay-in-four option.

To secure your booking you must pay in full.

Cancellations will be accepted until March 1, 2024.

If you cancel on or before March 1st, you will receive a refund of the booking fee

less a $100.00 re-booking administration fee.

After March 1, 2024, there will be no refunds offered unless The Retreat is canceled.

You may wish to purchase travel insurance, to eliminate the risk of losing

your booking fee and travel expenses if you are unable to attend.

We will send out insurance information to you after you book your spot.
