This does not mean striving for another version of perfection or denying our faults and foibles. It means living consciously and mindfully in the world, re-tuning ourselves to the natural world, listening to our intuition, minding and setting boundaries, honoring our needs, and feeding our creative and intuitive processes. It means speaking our truth.

We'll explore our cultural addiction to a warped and misaligned ideal of feminine beauty and purpose to see how it has wounded the feminine soul. And we’ll discuss strategies to begin loving ourselves and our bodies unconditionally.
