Join Dr. A. in this transformative nine-week group class that explores the profound changes that women go through during perimenopause, midlife, and menopause. She will lead participants in a heroine's journey exploring The Seven Realms of Change that we'll have to cross to reclaim and recreate ourselves if we want to live our most authentic and fulfilled lives. You'll explore which realms you will sail through with a fair wind, which ones may becalm you, and where you will likely encounter storms. Every woman is different. Each week Dr. A. will go in-depth into one realm of change and discuss how it can influence our lives and the lives of those we love. You'll learn how and where these realms overlap and influence each other as you journey through your midlife transformation. The class tribe will provide additional support and inspiration. Dr. A. will reveal the archetypes that Rule the Seven Realms and help you discover which might be your allies and which might try to pull you off course. Based on each woman's needs and experiences, Dr. A. will share realistic Actions, Steps, and Strategies that address the HOW of unlocking the power within Peri, Midlife, and Menopause for each class member. We'll discuss solutions to participate in, influence, and direct this new life stage's physical, psychological, and spiritual changes.Once you book the class, I will send you a privacy agreement to sign and return. All participants must sign it to ensure classmates privacy. This class must have a minimum of 4 registrants to launch. Less than 4, and you will receive a full refund. The class meets on Zoom for 90 minutes per week for nine weeks. In your welcome packet, you receive a copy of the printed Seven Realms of Change Discovery Journal, the text for the class. You receive membership in a private FB group exclusively for class members. Dr. A will host A FB Live weekly gathering for 45-60 minutes, offering Q & A, support, and connection building. All Content from the classes and the FB live Sessions will be made available in the private FB class during the 9 weeks. You will have email access to Dr. A to ask questions during the nine weeks.
